HOW OFTEN DOES THE ELEVATOR NEED SERVICE?

We recommend your lift is serviced twice a year as a minimum, but how often your elevator should be serviced depends on factors such as:

Elevator type, make, age and drive system
Elevator location (indoor, outdoor) and frequency of use

If you or your business is completely dependent on the elevator to function, more frequent service visits with preventative measures are recommended to avoid unforeseen downtime.

WHAT TYPES OF AGREEMENTS ARE THERE?

Cibes offers service agreements customized to your specific needs.

Basic Service agreement: Basic maintenance suited for a residential elevator with low to moderate usage (1 – 50 starts per month).
Intermediate Service agreement: Intermediate mainteinance suited for a residential elevator with moderate to intermediate usage (51 – 250 starts per month).
HIgh level Service agreement: High level mainteinance suited for a residential elevator with high level usage (over 250 starts per month).
