Cibes home lift solutions are prefabricated and so ingeniously constructed that hardly any structural adaptation is necessary. As an installation only requires one strong supporting wall to fix the guide rails, and a pit depth of just 50mm.

Your Cibes A4000 home lift comes with a 5-year drive warranty and a 3-year parts warranty, meaning we’re there for you before, during and after your installation is complete.

In case of emergencies, or if your lift unexpectedly fails, our experienced team of lift technicians are always on hand to get the problem sorted. For your A4000, you can choose which communication system you’d like to have installed which will link you directly to the Cibes 24/7 control centre from the inside of the lift if you need assistance.

If one of our technicians cannot resolve the issue with telephone assistance, you will instantly be allocated a technician to come and resolve the problem.
