With over 70 years manufacturing pedigree within the Platform Lift industry, Cibes Lift UK provides unrivalled lift, maintenance, care plans and servicing packages to the UK market. To support our growth we require an experienced service and maintenance technician to join our team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be a valued member of the servicing and technical team. They will possess the high levels of technical and electrical capability required to service the wide range of Cibes Lift manufactured platform lifts. A comprehensive training programme will be provided.
Platform Lift or Stair Lift service experience is a minimum requirement on which to build your skill levels. The ideal candidate will already be qualified to NVQ 2 Diploma in Engineering Maintenance and Installation (Lifting Platforms).
The candidate will be organised, be able to set targets and work to their own initiative to enable the company to achieve its medium and long-term servicing and maintenance goals.
The candidate will be home based and expected to visit customer sites daily. Overnight stays will be a requirement, as necessary. Monday-Friday working.
The ideal candidates home base should have good road access links to the South West, South Midlands, Home Counties and South Coast.
You will take tremendous pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail and be able to work as a key team member. Occasionally you will be required to work alongside other members of the installation and maintenance team on larger projects. Ongoing training will be provided where and when required.
