HOW OFTEN DOES THE ELEVATOR NEED SERVICE?

We recommend your lift is serviced twice a year as a minimum, but how often your elevator should be serviced depends on factors such as:

  • Lift type, make, age and drive system
  • Lift location and frequency of use

If you or your business is completely dependent on the lift to function, more frequent service visits with preventative measures are recommended to avoid unforeseen downtime.

WHAT TYPES OF AGREEMENTS ARE THERE?

Cibes offers contingency agreements and service agreements that can be customised and combined according to your specific needs.

  • Contingency agreement: Expression at downtime within agreed time frames.
  • Service agreement: Basic maintenance according to agreed frequency.

Costs for things like troubleshooting, repairs and spare parts are added. Talk to our knowledgeable service advisers and they will explain more and help you find the right contract model.
