Recruiting Service and Technical Support Lift Engineer
With over 70 years’ experience within the lift industry, Cibes Lift UK provides unrivalled lift, maintenance, care plans and servicing packages to the UK market as well as installing over 300 new units per year. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Service and Technical Support Engineer.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be a valued member of the servicing and technical team. They will possess the high levels of technical and electrical capability required to service the wide range of Cibes Lift manufactured platform lifts. A comprehensive training programme will be provided on the Cibes range of products.
Platform Lift or Stair Lift service experience is a minimum requirement on which to build your skill levels. The ideal candidate will already be qualified to NVQ 2 Diploma in Engineering Maintenance and Installation (Lifting Platforms).
Experience of working on construction sites will be an advantage and an CSCS card will be required.
The candidate will be organised, able to set targets and work on their own initiative to enable the company to achieve its medium and long-term servicing and maintenance goals.
The candidate will be home based and expected to visit sites daily. Overnight stays will be a requirement, as necessary. Monday-Friday working.
The candidate home base should have good road access to south east and south west of the UK including the London area. Company vehicle, laptop, phone and uniform will be provided.
The candidate will take tremendous pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail and be able to work as a key team member.
